We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Safety Coordinator to support data center integration projects. Key Responsibilities

• Support on-site safety compliance efforts across active data center projects

• Conduct site safety inspections and audits to ensure adherence to company and regulatory standards

• Assist with incident reporting and support root cause analysis

• Maintain accurate safety logs and documentation, including toolbox talks and daily hazard assessments

• Promote a strong safety-first culture through clear communication and reinforcement of safety practices

• Ensure subcontractors and vendors are following site-specific safety protocols

Required Qualifications

• OSHA 30 Certification (Construction) Required

  • If not currently held, training can be provided; candidate must successfully complete OSHA 30 prior to start date

• Ladder Safety and Fall Protection Training Required

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills (must be professional)

• Comfortable working in a construction environment within live data centers

• Ability to travel to job sites as needed
