A company is looking for a Desktop Support Technician II.
Key Responsibilities :
Provide first- and second-level technical support to internal users through multiple service channels
Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve issues related to hardware, software, and connectivity
Assist with device setup, software installations, and general system usage guidance
Required Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree or over 5 years of relevant experience
Experience with network configurations and connectivity troubleshooting
Proficient in ServiceNow and Google Suite applications
Strong troubleshooting skills for hardware and software
Prior experience in a fast-paced corporate or enterprise IT support role is preferred
