Key Responsibilities : Assist customers in selecting and purchasing new and pre-owned Acura vehicles, providing expert knowledge and guidance.Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring a positive and memorable experience.Conduct thorough product presentations and test drives, highlighting the features and benefits of Acura vehicles.Follow up with customers and prospects to ensure satisfaction and build long-term relationships.Maintain an in-depth knowledge of the Acura product line, market trends, and competitive products.Meet and exceed sales goals and performance targets.Complete all required sales paperwork accurately and in a timely manner.Participate in ongoing training and professional development programs. Qualifications : High school diploma or GED equivalent; college degree preferred.Previous car sales or retail sales experience is a plus, but not required.Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Customer-focused with a passion for providing exceptional service.Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and a positive attitude.Proficient in using computer systems and CRM software.Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
