Key Responsibilities
Manage and coach a team of Named GTM Engineers, ensuring adherence to workflows and client deliverables
Own the forecasting rhythm, ensuring accurate reporting on account interventions and pipeline influence
Inspect GTME deliverables for consistency and quality while partnering with cross-functional teams to drive client outcomes
Required Qualifications
Experience in revenue operations, sales development leadership, or agency GTM management
Proven track record of managing forecasts and enforcing adherence to processes
Strong background in using RevTech tools and familiarity with modern GTM stacks
Ability to develop and inspire team members while maintaining high standards
Hands-on experience with outbound growth strategies and campaigns
