Healthcare Business Analyst

A company is looking for a Business Analyst specializing in Healthcare.

Key Responsibilities

Partner with clients and internal teams to gather, document, and validate business requirements related to Medicaid, Medicare, and payer / provider operations

Analyze current workflows to identify opportunities for process optimization and develop detailed business requirements and functional specifications

Facilitate stakeholder discussions and collaborate with data teams to ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and validate data flows

Required Qualifications

5-10 years of experience as a Business Analyst or Product Analyst in healthcare technology or consulting

Deep understanding of Medicaid and Medicare program operations and healthcare data systems

Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Information Systems, or a related field

Experience with Agile methodologies and tools such as JIRA or Confluence

Familiarity with SQL, BI tools, or data visualization platforms is an asset
