Job Summary :

The Sales Associate reports to the Store Manager and are tasked with performing various duties to serve customers and to keep stores running safely and efficiently to achieve a profitable store location and holding to Hollywood Feeds #1 Policy "Do what is right by the customer."

Sales Associate Key Responsibilities :

• Greeting and assisting customers daily according to the Hollywood Feed customer service standards.
• Demonstrating the ability and knowledge to thoroughly explain the store products to best meet the pet and customer needs.
• Communicating openly and respectfully with supervisors and coworkers.
• Operating effectively both independently and as a part of a team.
• Having open and weekend availability.
• Unloading truck pallets and stocking shelves.
