Site Acquisition Specialist

A company is looking for a Site Acquisition Consultant to manage site acquisition and zoning tasks in the New England area.

Key Responsibilities

Provide site identification, qualification, and lease negotiation services for wireless telecommunications facilities

Conduct due diligence on potential sites, including zoning and construction feasibility

Negotiate lease agreements and present permit and zoning applications to municipalities

Required Qualifications

2+ years of experience in Site Acquisition, preferably in the wireless industry

Demonstrated understanding of cell site zoning principles

Prior experience in wireless site deployment and rollout processes

Proven ability to negotiate and manage real estate transactions

Ability to self-manage workload and deliverables with minimal supervision
