Job Description

The Role :

The Runner will be responsible for assisting both the kitchen needs and the servers in providing quality service to all guests. Tasks will include pre-bussing tables, running food, and assisting guests.

• Quickly and accurately deliver food from the kitchen to the correct tables and announce dishes to guests.
• Confirm that all special requests and orders are correct before they are taken to the table.
• Follow the proper steps of service and adhering to all company guidelines.
• Follow all health, hygiene, and food safety standards during food handling and service.
