Recovery Agent

A company is looking for a Recovery Agent to manage delinquent accounts and negotiate payments.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct inbound and outbound collection calls and manage emails in a shared group inbox

Utilize industry knowledge and departmental policies to make appropriate collection decisions

Perform skip tracing on accounts and participate in special projects as required

Required Qualifications

High School Diploma with 1-2 years of experience in a related field

At least one year of transportation industry customer support experience

Basic accounting and skip tracing knowledge

Familiarity with FDCPA and applicable Federal laws

Proficient computer skills including working knowledge of Google Sheets and Office products
