Role Description
This full-time Community Association Manager position is based in Orange County, CA and operates from a home office. The role requires regular in-person Board meetings, on-site community visits, and periodic internal meetings at our San Clemente office.
Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Manages all operations for a portfolio of community associations (up to six)
- Creates agendas for and manages and runs all Board Meetings (monthly / quarterly / annual)
- Works extensively with the Board of Directors, vendors, contractors, and homeowners
- Selects and supervises vendors performing services for the community
- Meets with Associations weekly
- Manages and assists in special projects
- Creates budgets and manages financials for associations
- Responsible for community retention
- Attend after-hour Board meetings
- Drug test screening
