QA / QC Inspector - C

Essential Duties and Responsibilities :

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential job duty satisfactorily. The essential job duties for this position are listed below :

• Inspect purchased parts and materials, identifying defects, approving, or rejecting items, verifying material composition, checking if products conform to specifications and or standards.
• Verifies and maintains records on incoming shipments from suppliers.
• Uploads material test reports and maintains data base.
• Utilizes various inspection tools such to check dimensions on parts or raw material and ensure compliance to manufacturing drawings or specifications
• Works closely with buyers, warehouse personnel, and manufacturing to ensure that all receiving inspection activities are performed in a timely manner.
• Generates nonconformance reports and follow up with disposition verification.
• Must adhere to company policies and procedures
• Perform job duties in a safe and efficient manner.
