Customer Service Representative

CSR - Residential Glass

We are looking for a diligent person to prepare and provide accurate estimate takeoffs and coordinate schedules for site measures our client’s residential projects. This will be done by gathering information via phone calls and email correspondence with our clients. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and an analytical mindset. The goal is to provide a high level of communication and follow through so that we can continue to provide our clients with the best service possible within their requested timeline.

Responsibilities

• Understand the project and its requirements by consulting with clients via phone calls or electronic communication to ensure accurate estimates for materials, labor, and equipment in a timely manner.
• Gather first-hand information from sites via coordination with measure techs and outside sales, vendors, or other venues.
• Work with the team to obtain data on labor costs, materials, production times etc.
• Use software for data analysis, forecasting and budgeting.
• Help source and price glass, hardware, and other materials required for each project.
• Create and submit estimate reports and takeoffs.
• Work directly with outside sales and measure techs to ensure scope accuracy and project success.
• Monitor and foster communication between installers and clients to ensure expectations are met in a timely and cost-effective manner.
• Build relationships with key vendors (subcontractors, suppliers, etc.)
• Administrative projects to be assigned by manager.

Skills

• Proven experience as CSR or similar position.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Familiarity with financial and project management principles.
• Math and IT ability with an analytical mindset.
• Ability to enter and manage reports in software formats.
• Outstanding communication and negotiation abilities.
• Thoroughness and reliability.
• Excellent organizational skills
• Ability to lift 50 lbs.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $18.00 - $26.00 per hour

• CSR or Similar Roles: 2 years (Required)
• Estimating: 1 year (Preferred)
