A Day in the Life :

As a Field Marketing Manager , you’ll lead by example— recruiting, training, and managing a team of 7–12 reps focused on door-to-door outreach. You’ll drive lead generation and ensure appointments are scheduled with qualified homeowners. You’ll be responsible for transporting your team to designated neighborhoods and helping create a positive, high-energy environment that produces results.
