At CJ Logistics, we're looking for a Workflow Coordinator to be the mastermind behind our warehouse operations. You'll be the go-to person for keeping everything on trackanalyzing challenges, prioritizing tasks, and making sure every shipment flows smoothly. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, love making an impact, and enjoy working with a team that keeps the supply chain moving, this role is for you!

Pay Range : $18.27 - $21.63 per hour

Schedule : Monday - Friday 5 : 30AM - 2 : 00PM

What You'll Be Doing

• Optimize Workflow Monitor and adjust work assignments for maximum efficiency, allocate inventory for outbound shipments while balancing availability, and tackle stockouts, discrepancies, and order exceptions head-on.
• Keep the Dock Moving Partner with yard spotters to ensure seamless dock operations and smooth transitions between inbound and outbound shipments.
• Communicate & Collaborate Be the bridge between teams! Keep leadership in the loop and work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure everything stays on track.
• Tackle other duties like a pro all within your training and expertise.
