Bilingual Behavioral Health Consultant (LCSW, LMHC) | Connell, WA

Pay :  $100,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year + $15,000 Sign On Bonus

Full-Time | Salary $65,000–$90,000 DOE | Retention Bonus : $15,000 | Potential Earnings Up to $120,000+

Please Note :  This position requires  fluency in both English and Spanish , as the primary patient population is Spanish-speaking.

A mission-driven community health center with locations in  Connell, Paso  &  Othello, WA  is actively seeking a  Behavioral Health Consultant  (LCSW or LMHC) to join their integrated primary care team. This is a full-time,  bilingual role (English / Spanish)  with an exceptional compensation package, low daily patient volume, and flexible scheduling designed to support work-life balance.

Compensation & Perks of NH LCSW / LMHC :

• Base Salary :  $65,000–$90,000 DOE
• Retention / Signing Bonus :  $15,000
• Per-Encounter Bonus :  $10 per patient visit
• Flexible Schedule Options :  4-day (4 / 10s) or 5-day (5 / 8s) workweeks
• Light Caseload :  Average of 5–7 patients per day
• Annual Patient Load :  1,500–1,800
