Senior Claims Examiner, Commercial General Liability

The Specialty Lines team is growing and looking to bring on a skilled Claims Adjuster with experience in Commercial General Liability. In this position you will be responsible for handling and managing a wide variety of severity/complex claims with coverage issues as well as coverage litigation. In this position you will report directly in to the Vice President, Specialty Claims.

The right candidate will possess the following -

• 5 - 10 years of experience handling commercial general liability claims
• Including: Premise Liability, Slip and Falls, Dog Bites, Minor Bodily Injury, Property Damage, Harassment, Discrimination, and Allegations.
• The bulk of the book this person will be handling will be premise liability
• Policies are up to 1M and depending on experience level will be handling claims with values up to $400k+

Logistics

• 4 Days in office out of the following locations: Iselin, NJ + Woodstock, GA + Jacksonville, FL + Washington, DC + Dallas, TX
• Salary Range: 130k - 150k base + 15% performance bonus
