We are currently in search of a Client and Volunteer Program Manager for a specialized disability nonprofit. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Chicago, IL . This is a permanent assignment.

DURATION : Full Time

SALARY : $60,500-63,500 / year

This nonprofit organization provides services to blind and visually impaired adults and adolescents in the Chicagoland area. Reporting to the Executive Director, the Client and Volunteer Program Manager is a dual-role position that combines Client Programming, Volunteer Management and Support, and concomitant marketing strategies and execution.

Our Ideal Candidate :

• Bachelor’s degree
• 3 years of experience in nonprofit program administration
• 3 years of experience in digital and traditional marketing
• Exceptional interpersonal skills
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• History of or desire to work with the blind
• Ability to work the 3rd Saturday of every month
• Ability to work from 11 : 00am – 7 : 00pm on Mondays and Thursdays
