Key Responsibilities
Provide support to customers and employees for Sales Finance Programs
Process sales finance applications and maintain accurate customer records
Assist in drafting processes and respond to inquiries promptly and professionally
Required Qualifications
2+ years of relevant administrative or specialist experience
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Experience with JD Edwards system is preferred
Associate degree or equivalent experience required; undergraduate degree preferred
Ability to process credit and financing applications
