Responsibilities

Client Engagement : Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers to understand their individual insurance needs.

Sales Target Achievement : Proactively selling insurance products while meeting individual and team sales targets.

Needs Assessment : Evaluating customer needs and present tailored insurance options to suit those needs.

Customer Service : Providing excellent after-sales support and ensuring client satisfaction.

Market Knowledge : Keeping abreast of the latest industry trends and changes in insurance products.

Outreach : Identifying potential clients through networking, cold calling, and referrals to expand the customer base.

Requirement

Licensing : Must possess or be willing to obtain the necessary state insurance licenses.

Experience : Preferably 1-2 years in sales, customer service, or a related field. Insurance experience is a plus, but not mandatory.
