A company is looking for an HR Business Partner (Product & Creative).
Key Responsibilities
Partner with Product and Creative leaders to refine roles and responsibilities and enhance team delivery
Advise managers on performance management and career development while coaching emerging leaders
Drive the execution of performance culture, including leading the semi-annual review process
Required Qualifications
6+ years of progressive HR experience, preferably in tech or creative organizations
Solid understanding of HR principles and practices relevant to Product and Creative teams
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
Ability to solve complex problems through data analysis
Strong ability to influence diverse stakeholders
