A company is looking for a Senior Associate, Lending Administration.
Key Responsibilities
Track insurance and collateral requirements, monitor expirations, and maintain accurate records
Administer loan files by filing documents, performing completeness checks, and preparing for audits
Manage borrower communications, collect required documents, and ensure timely responses to requests
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a related field and a minimum of three years of experience in loan servicing or related financial services
Understanding of lending concepts, loan documentation, collateral, and insurance requirements
Strong ability to extract and interpret key terms from legal and loan documents
Proficiency with Microsoft Office; experience with Salesforce, TEA, or loan management systems preferred
Commitment to continuous improvement and equity in lending practices
