About the Role

We are seeking a motivated Physical Therapist to join our outpatient orthopedic team in Kings Mountain, North Carolina . This is an excellent opportunity for clinicians with an interest in sports medicine and working with athletes , while also treating a diverse patient population across various ages and diagnoses.

Our model emphasizes individualized, patient-centered care , giving you autonomy in treatment planning while offering mentorship, collaboration, and professional growth opportunities in a supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide one-on-one physical therapy in an outpatient orthopedic setting.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to patient goals.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure effective, team-based care.
  • Commit to ongoing professional development and integrate new techniques into practice.

Requirements

Qualifications

  • Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
  • Current or pending Physical Therapist license in North Carolina .
  • Interest in outpatient orthopedics and sports-focused therapy.
  • Strong commitment to patient-centered, evidence-based care.
