Key Responsibilities :
Manage full-cycle recruitment including sourcing, screening, and extending offers
Develop and adjust sourcing strategies and timelines to meet hiring needs
Collaborate with hiring managers to create effective recruitment strategies
Required Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field
Minimum of 3 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in federal contracts or Healthcare IT
Proven success in a remote work environment
Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
Proficiency in using recruitment tools such as ATS and job boards
