Key Responsibilities

Develop relationships with venture capital firms and position the company as a preferred partner
Engage with potential investors and support fundraising efforts by presenting growth strategies
Required Qualifications
8-15+ years of experience in business development, sales, partnerships, or commercial leadership
Experience in digital health, healthtech, or venture-backed services businesses
Willingness to work for sweat equity and deferred compensation initially
Ability to make a personal angel investment in the company
Desire for real ownership and accountability in a founding-level role
