We are seeking a skilled volunteer with strong expertise in Constant Contact to support our email marketing efforts. This person will help us connect more effectively with our audiences and ensure that our email campaigns are engaging, professional, and aligned with our mission.
Key Responsibilities
Design, schedule, and manage email campaigns in Constant Contact.
- Maintain and update contact lists, including segmentation and audience management.
- Create branded templates for newsletters, event announcements, and special campaigns.
- Monitor campaign performance (open rates, click-through rates, engagement metrics) and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with email marketing best practices and legal requirements (e.g., CAN-SPAM, GDPR if applicable).
Qualifications
Proven experience using Constant Contact (advanced user preferred).
Strong understanding of email marketing strategy, list management, and analytics.Creative eye for layout, design, and writing compelling subject lines / content.Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.Prior experience with nonprofit communications a plus but not required.
