This role combines estimating, consultative sales, and full project ownership. You’ll develop new reroofing opportunities, assess roof conditions, prepare estimates, manage active jobs, and build long-term client relationships across the DFW commercial market. The position offers high autonomy, strong support, and significant financial upside.
Location : Dallas–Fort Worth, TX (field-based; occasional day travel to Waco)
Compensation : $100,000 - $140,000 base salary + uncapped commissions (typical earnings $200K–$400K+)
Minimum Requirements : 5+ years commercial roofing sales & estimating experience
Responsibilities
- Develop new reroofing business and manage existing accounts
- Build relationships with facilities teams, building owners, and consultants
- Attend trade shows, networking events, and manufacturer trainings
- Inspect roofs and recommend repair, waterproofing, or replacement solutions
- Prepare estimates using Edge Estimating Software
- Coordinate surveys and project execution with field teams
- Oversee projects from bid through closeout
- Meet monthly revenue and bidding targets
- Use HubSpot for prospecting and pipeline management
