Introduction

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team. This role involves designing, implementing, and maintaining scalable, high-performance data solutions using Teradata technologies. The successful candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, data engineers, and IT teams to deliver robust data platforms that support decision-making across the enterprise.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • At least 5 years of experience in Teradata solutions
  • Strong background in Enterprise Data Warehouse (EDW) concepts, dimensional modeling, and performance tuning
  • Proficiency in Teradata tools and utilities (TPT, BTEQ, FastLoad, MultiLoad)
  • Advanced SQL skills and experience with ETL tools (Informatica, SAS DI)
  • Hands-on coding experience in Python or similar scripting languages

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and hybrid architectures
  • Knowledge of big data technologies (Hadoop, Spark) and data governance frameworks
  • Familiarity with Teradata Vantage features like QueryGrid, NOS, and ClearScape Analytics
  • Teradata Certified Professional (preferred)
  • Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2

    • Day-to-Day Responsibilities

    Lead the design and architecture of enterprise data warehouse solutions using Teradata

  • Develop integration strategies and performance optimization techniques
  • Ensure solutions comply with enterprise architecture standards and best practices
  • Oversee ETL / ELT processes and data migration strategies
  • Ensure data quality, security, and compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Implement best practices for data lifecycle management and metadata governance
