Position Overview : We are seeking a Payroll / Accounting Specialist with a strong background in payroll administration and general accounting functions. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional with experience in payroll processing and a solid understanding of financial transactions, reporting, and reconciliation. The position is based in Rolling Meadows, IL, with a hybrid work schedule. Details : Title : Payroll / Accounting Specialist Location : Rolling Meadows, IL Salary : $65,000–$70,000 Position Type : Direct Hire Worksite Type : Hybrid (4 days onsite) Key Responsibilities : Payroll Functions :

• Process weekly, bi-weekly, and semi-monthly payroll cycles
• Calculate and withhold federal / state income taxes, Social Security, unemployment, and workers’ compensation
• Manage employee deductions and PTO transactions using ADP Workforce Now
• Handle garnishments and other payroll adjustments
• Maintain accurate records of vacation and other time-off data
• Prepare payroll reimbursement, check requests and journal entries
• Review and verify payroll reports for accuracy
• Prepare quarterly and annual payroll tax filings
• Support special payroll-related projects assigned
