We are now seeking a Cash Applications Analyst to join the Americas Order-to-Cash team. You will work with a team of analysts focused on matching payments to accounts, provide cash visibility and support business decisions. You will partner closely with cross-functional and global teams to streamline processes, strengthen controls, and leverage emerging technology to provide world-class support to all lines of Apple's business across AMR and beyond.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end cash application and reconciliation process, ensuring accurate, timely posting of high-volume payments across AMR markets and beyond
• Own and support team members to deliver operational excellence by meeting or exceeding KPI metrics
• Continuous learn and apply technologies such as Tableau, Dataiku and GenAI to improve process efficiency, build reports and provide actionable insights
• Perform thorough mapping & analysis of end-to-end business and finance processes to identify opportunities to simplify, drive efficiency, add value to business while maintaining strong controls
• Establish management system using real-time data / dashboard to identify operational trends, outliers and insights that drive tangible values to internal & external customers
• Build trust and collaborate well with global peers to ensure processes and business solutions are consistent wherever possible
