Key Responsibilities
Provide day-to-day client support and ensure seamless service
Build and maintain positive relationships with a portfolio of clients
Coordinate with internal teams to address client needs and track account activity
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in a business-related field or equivalent experience
Minimum of three years' experience in defined contribution plans
QKA credential is strongly recommended or equivalent expertise
Ability to work independently and set priorities
Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
