A top digital communications client is seeking a Partner Enablement Specialist.
- This person will start working from 6am-2pm EST. There is no direct length for these hours, but this will go back to standard EST once the individual on personal leave, returns

Partners have to have the understanding and knowledge of the clients service offerings they are providing. This team works on CX services and have some overlap with software. This team is a global team who works in US, Europe and Asia. We host interactive webinars on portfolio updates or new offerings, to the partner communities that are selling its Services and Products.
This person is responsible for understanding the services and products that our organization is selling, with this knowledge they will help our partners stay current and up to date. You will work closely with other Partner Enablement Specialist (PES) to understand what gaps they have, what successes they have, and what future ideas they have to better serve their partners and customers. While doing this, you will set up weekly sessions with partners to help continue to knowledge and growth of the client's Service offerings. You will also have input in learning journeys and maps for the partner community.
This person needs to have strong communication, strong stakeholder engagement experience, and someone comfortable with live partner conversations from different levels of the business.

The Partner Enablement Specialist (PES) shapes and delivers world class digital first experiences globally from on-demand content to peer-to-peer and community-based learning dedicated to enabling every partner, around the world to drive Partner success and maximize revenue. We do this for skills, lifecycle practice, and CX Services, from onboarding through every step in the partner lifecycle in support of value realization. The Partner Enablement team is responsible for maximizing the impact of global initiatives, content, and curriculum by embedding it in the field, leveraging Subject Matter Experts (SME’s), peer to peer learning and strong regional partnerships.
This dynamic, action-oriented team is looking for an organized, hands-on enablement practitioner to partner with senior business stakeholders to bring localized, digital first enablement programs to life. The PES is responsible for the development, program management, orchestration, and facilitation of these enablement programs. This includes engaging subject matter experts in the development and / or customization of existing global content to address regional specific nuances.
This role will be critical in driving our go -to-market strategy to fuel growth and partner success.
- What you’ll Do : *
- Partner closely with Business Stakeholders to understand needs of the business and serve as an expert and trusted advisor in-region (AMER, EMEA, or APJC)
- Orchestrate and facilitate digital first enablement programs that leverage global frameworks and subject matter expert communities focused on partner success and revenue attainment.
- Unify and optimize the partner experience to maximize engagement across web sites, portals, communities, social media etc., and ensure the timely delivery of information to target audiences.
- Educate partners on Partner Lifecycle Services, Lifecycle Advantage, and CX Services / PX Cloud positioning and joint business value proposition as an established Knowledge Expert
- Collaborate with subject matter experts and manage adaptation of existing global content to address regional complexities (e.g., language, tool intricacies, etc.)
- Leverage data to identify trends and insights to support the evaluation of program performance and recommend partner enablement approach based on business needs.
- Think operationally as you execute detailed plans, establish stretch targets, and lead business reviews and the enablement planning process.
- Develop strategies to facilitate, test, pilot, iterate program development, launch, and ultimately enable successful roll-out of global initiatives at scale.
- Act as a learning advocate for partner training and development needs
- Help to build a community as a pilot for our Distributors. This person will help to build, manage, and maintain the day operations for an in region, unique community.

We’re looking for someone with :
- BA / BS or equivalent experience
- 5+ years industry experience, preferable in a channel environment

- Experienced in developing digital first, globally scalable programs that enhance the partner experience; that includes managing user design and experience (UI / UX)
