Key Responsibilities
Answer incoming calls and provide assistance for project-related questions and troubleshooting
Document calls accurately in a call center database and complete orders for material requests
Collaborate with team members to improve customer service and escalate project issues as needed
Required Qualifications
High School degree or equivalent experience in customer service or retail
Experience in call center support preferred
Basic computer skills, including familiarity with Microsoft Office applications
Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment
Bilingual skills may be required based on business necessity
