Key Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, offering guidance and support during the genetic testing process
Respond to client inquiries via phone and email, ensuring timely and accurate information is provided
Investigate and resolve client-reported issues, escalating complex problems when necessary
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
3-5 years of experience in a customer-facing coordinator or support role, preferably in healthcare or laboratory settings
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Familiarity with genetic testing procedures and terminology is preferred
Proficiency in using Salesforce and other relevant tools for managing client interactions
