This position offers a dynamic role that includes comprehensive cornea services, advanced comprehensive ophthalmology, and cutting-edge refractive surgery. With our clinic performing the second-highest volume of corneal transplants in the state, you will have the chance to make a significant impact on patients' lives.

Davis Duehr Dean is a premier physician-led department that proudly boasts a talented team of 20 Ophthalmologists and 36 Optometrists. We serve 19 locations throughout southern Wisconsin, including the greater Madison area. Our comprehensive array of services includes not only general ophthalmology but also specialized care in cornea, glaucoma, oculoplastics, pediatrics, refractive surgery, and retina. Our dedicated Ophthalmologists actively engage in outreach to our satellite locations, ensuring broad access to quality eye care.

We offer exceptional opportunities for professional growth, including volunteer academic appointments with the University of Wisconsin and exciting clinical research projects through the Dean Health Research Program. This position comes with a competitive guaranteed salary for two years and the potential for bonuses.

An adjacent full-time outpatient surgery center, complete with a dedicated ophthalmic anesthesia team, supports our comprehensive ophthalmologists and the entire division. Additionally, our state-of-the-art photography department, staffed by professional ophthalmic photographers, and our top-tier ophthalmic diagnostic center enhance the quality of care we provide.
