Description :

All candidates must be flu vaccinated.

The role involves providing care in a rehabilitation setting.

The unit consists of adult patients with a mix of acuity levels.

Candidate must be willing to float to other units as needed.

The patient-to-nurse ratio is 1 : 5 during both day and night shifts.

Equipment utilized includes tube feeding systems, ventilators, trach care supplies, IV pumps, Hoyer lifts, wound therapy devices, suction machines, and EMR systems.

Candidates should possess strong communication skills and a compassionate demeanor.

An ability to educate patients and their families is essential.

Candidates should be self-learners.

Dress code requirements include wearing galaxy blue scrubs, while avoiding hoodies, t-shirts, and sweatshirts.
