SINEWAVE POWER ELECTRONICS CORP is a leading manufacturer of low and medium voltage switchgear and custom power electronics systems. Based in Fremont, California, we support a wide range of industrial and utility customers with responsive engineering, short lead times, and reliable performance. We collaborate with leading component suppliers such as Noark to deliver integrated, high-quality power solutions across North America.

Position Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and technically capable Sales Manager to drive revenue growth, manage key customer accounts, and expand our presence in the utility, industrial, and infrastructure markets. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in electrical engineering or a related technical field, with demonstrated success in selling Switchboards, Transformers and related products, who has EPC networks,

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities
  • Develop and maintain relationships with utility companies, EPCs, and OEMs
  • Conduct technical presentations and respond to RFPs and RFQs
  • Coordinate with internal teams to align customer requirements
  • Forecast sales and provide regular reports to management
  • Attend industry events and represent the company
  • Mentor junior sales staff, if applicable

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
  • 5+ years of technical sales experience
  • Deep understanding of LV / MV switchgear and utility specs
  • Strong network in the utility / industrial sector
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Willingness to travel up to 25%

    • Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with engineered-to-order solutions
  • Familiarity with UL, IEEE, utility standards
  • CRM system experience (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
