The Opportunity

Adobe is looking for a Full Stack Software Architect to join a fast-moving team focused on rapidly prototyping new product ideas and exploring emerging opportunities in AI-powered experiences . This team operates at the intersection of data , visualization , and AI , building interactive experiences that help users understand and act on insights in new ways.

You’ll work closely with designers, product managers, and product strategists to develop intelligent prototypes and systems that showcase the next generation of AI-enabled Adobe experiences. From backend architecture to LLM orchestration, you’ll help shape how generative AI becomes a seamless part of Adobe’s ecosystem.

What You'll Do

• Design, build, and deploy AI-powered full-stack prototypes and applications that explore new product directions.
• Use frameworks like LangChain and LangGraph to develop agentic workflows and multi-step reasoning systems powered by LLMs.
• Architect and implement tool-based AI systems , including tool calling, custom tool creation, and multi-agent coordination .
• Integrate LLMs and generative AI APIs (, OpenAI, Anthropic, Vertex AI) into interactive applications that enhance creativity and user experience.
• Use LangSmith or similar platforms to test, evaluate, and monitor LLM performance, reliability, and quality.
• Collaborate with designers, PMs, and researchers to prototype rapidly and validate new ideas.
• Build and maintain robust backend services and APIs that power AI-driven experiences.
• Stay current with emerging AI frameworks, model capabilities, and evaluation techniques to identify new opportunities for innovation.
• Establish and uphold strong engineering practices for testing, observability, and continuous integration , even in fast-paced prototype environments.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The pay range for this position is $153,600 $286,600 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.

At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).

In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
