Required Skills:

• Valid NCCPA certification and current State Physician Assistant licensure
• Proven clinical experience as a Physician Assistant, particularly in surgical settings
• Excellent knowledge of surgical procedures, wound management, and post-operative care
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team
• Ability to respond promptly to administrative and clinical paperwork requirements
• Compassionate bedside manner and patient-centered approach

Nice to Have Skills:

• Prior experience in breast or general surgery
• Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems
• Ability to adapt quickly to changing clinical environments
• Bilingual skills are a plus

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Master’s Degree from an accredited Physician Assistant program
• At least 2 years of surgical PA experience, preferably in a hospital or outpatient setting
• Prior experience with breast surgery is advantageous but not mandatory

Other Requirements:

• Willingness to work 4/10-hour shifts; no weekends or on-call responsibilities
• Responsibility for timely administrative paperwork and documentation
• OT compensation applicable after 40 hours per week
• Commitment to maintaining certifications and licensures up to date

This role offers an hourly pay rate of $1.00, along with competitive benefits including weekly pay via direct deposit, comprehensive medical coverage (W-2), paid sick leave, licensure, certification, travel reimbursements when applicable, and access to a dedicated support team committed to your success.
