A company is looking for a Client Finance Associate responsible for managing billing and collections operations.
Key Responsibilities :
Create invoices and format data files in collaboration with Client Services teams
Coordinate revenue and accrual accounts with the Director of Client Finance
Examine accounting records for accuracy and assist with month-end and year-end financial reports
Required Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance preferred
5+ years of experience in accounting, billing, collections, or finance-related fields
Experience with data entry, accounting, billing, and collections
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Microsoft Excel
Experience with Oracle NetSuite and Salesforce software is a plus
