Job Title : Warehouse Maintenance Technician

Department : Facilities / Operations

Reports To : Facilities Manager / Operations Manager

Job Summary :

The Warehouse Maintenance Technician is responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and functional warehouse and office environment. This role focuses on general upkeep, basic repairs, and preventative maintenance tasks to ensure the facility operates efficiently. The ideal candidate is reliable, detail-oriented, and proactive in identifying and addressing facility needs. Plumbing or electrical experience is a plus but not required.

Key Responsibilities :

• Perform routine cleaning and upkeep of the warehouse exterior and interior, including common areas, offices, and restrooms.
• Maintain cleanliness and appearance of the front of the building, entrances, and surrounding areas.
• Identify maintenance or repair needs throughout the facility and report or address them as appropriate.
• Perform basic repairs and maintenance tasks (e.g., minor fixes, adjustments, replacements).
• Restock conference rooms and common areas with water and other basic supplies as needed.
• Complete general "honey-do list" tasks as assigned to support daily operations.
• Assist with preventative maintenance to help reduce equipment and facility downtime.
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies.
