About the Loan Partner position:
We are looking for a Loan Partner to join the sales team of a top Mortgage Loan Originator (MLO)! You will provide sales assistance and excellent customer service for new and existing clients throughout all facets of the loan origination process, converting loan applications into closed/funded loans. We specialize in first-time homebuyers and affordable housing opportunities!
If you enjoy coming up with effective solutions to support customer needs and business goals٫ this job is right for you. You will use your communication, sales, and customer service skills to connect mortgage solutions to the needs of new and existing customers, in partnership with the MLO. Initiative, organization, adaptability, and attention to detail are essential.
This position offers a base plue commission structure, from $60K-$120K annually, and a complete benefits package.
Ultimately, your work will boost sales, deliver on promised expertise to repeat clients, drive referral business, and support our long-term business growth.
