Implementation Developer - Commercial

About This Job

The main purpose of this job is to perform technical tasks required for successful implementation of Treasury Management Solutions.

Essential Functions

• Work as member of a team to implement assigned projects, with about 50% of time dedicated to development and enhancement of existing products

• Utilize a variety of technologies to enhance standard functionality of solutions such as end-user interface, reports, and workflow to meet customer business requirements

• Work closely with customers to understand requirements, test the application, and train end users

• Lead internal and external customer facing demonstration of solution and any custom development

• Create and execute test cases to validate development and product configurations

• Develop or configure solutions to integrate with customer ERP systems or custom external applications

• Document product configurations and custom development for customers or internal stakeholders

• Troubleshoot issues that arise in the course of configuring solutions and ensure these issues are resolved to the satisfaction of the project manager

• Identify improvements to solutions, processes, and supporting documentation

• Conduct project documentation readiness for transition to standard support model

• Perform other duties as assigned

Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, mathematics, engineering, business, or equivalent combination of education and experience required

• 2+ years solution development, or equivalent industry experience required

• Accounting/Finance experience preferred

• JavaScript, XML, JSON, SOAP, REST, TypeScript, or other relational databases preferred

*Hybrid Schedule: In office 2 day per week

The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for any applicable differentials (geographic, bilingual, or shift) that could be associated with the position or where it is filled. At Commerce, compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each situation. A reasonable estimate of the current base pay is $70,500 to $107,000 annually.
