TELCOR Inc a nationally recognized provider of health care software is looking for an energetic focused and motivated team member for the TELCOR Revenue Cycle Management product (RCM) with the exciting challenging and rewarding aspects of the position TELCOR offers the opportunity to branch out of a traditional work setting and into an environment where an individual is valued encouraged to grow and is a contributor to the future development of the company. This role requires the employee to work in our office in Lincoln NE.

The Upgrades Analyst on the RCM team is responsible for supporting both external and internal stakeholders in the planning coordination execution and post-deployment follow-up of TELCOR RCM software upgrades and server migrations. You will serve as a key point of contact for customers throughout the upgrade and migration process providing clear communication technical guidance and post-deployment support. This position requires a strong mix of technical communication and organizational skills with an emphasis on customer communication project management and service excellence.

This position will require you to work in the office however teleworking may be approved on an ad-hoc basis. Occasional evening or weekend work may be required for upgrades and migrations.

Requirements

• Initiative-taking analytical organized and meticulous with strong time management skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining attention to detail
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to tailor messaging to different audiences
• Proficient in Microsoft Windows environments and office applications (e.g. Word Excel)
• Familiarity with tools used in RCM upgrades such as Octopus or SQL
• Experience with scripting or automation tools (e.g. PowerShell Python) preferred
• Understanding of server environments virtualization and cloud platforms is beneficial
• Must uphold confidentiality and adhere to company and regulatory policies and procedures
• Bachelors degree or equivalent experience
