Successfully cultivate and strengthen cross-departmental relationships and contacts through collaboration, and effective communication. The Senior account manager will display strong organizational, prioritization, and leadership skills. The Senior Account Manager will lead and coach their team to accomplish optimal performance in a fast-paced high volume environment.

What YOU will do :

Minimum Qualifications :

Bachelor's degree or related experience

Minimum of 5 years of experience in account management

Previous management experience

Proven track record of managing and growing key accounts

Interior Facility Maintenance Hard Services Experience (plumbing, HVAC, general maintenance)

Technical Skills :

Experience with CMMS systems

Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software

Intermediate to advanced Excel skills necessary.

Work Environment / Physical Requirements :

The work environment characteristics described here are representative of those an employee encounters while performing the essential functions of this job. This position works in an environment with moderate noise level. (Examples : business office with computers and printers, light traffic). Usual office environment with frequent sitting, walking, standing, and occasional climbing, stooping, kneeling, crouching and balancing. Frequent use of eye, hand, and finger coordination enabling the use of office machinery. Oral and auditory capacity enabling interpersonal communication as well as communication through automated devices such as telephone. The employee must occasionally lift and / or move up to 20 pounds. Ability to read and understand work instructions.
