Job Title : Community Program Coordinator -

Monday to Friday : 8 : 00 AM to 5 : 00 PM (Flexible to work early morning, late evenings and weekends as needed to service the community!)

Position Summary :

The Community Program Coordinator is responsible for coordinating and assisting in the planning, developing, and implementing of current Community Engagement program objectives. The position is responsible for program coordination, identifying resources, partnerships, and community programs that will support current Community Engagement programs. The Community Program Coordinator will also keep program records / files, perform data entry and a wide variety of program activities as needed.

Qualifications :

• Associate’s Degree in healthcare, human development, political science, sociology, criminal justice or related fields or equivalent work experience.
• At least one (1) year experience in healthcare, or related field performing programming, education, case work, youth services and / or customer service to diverse populations.
• Knowledge of program development or implementation.
• Availability to work regularly outside of normal shifts (i.e.,8am to 5pm).
• Public speaking, computer literacy, including internet navigation and research skills, and proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Driving to other locations : proof of insurance, CA Driver's License, (a minimum of 3 years' driving experience) and a clean driving record is required.

If you are hired at TrueCare, your final base salary (within the pay range), will be determined based on factors such as education, knowledge, skills, and experience. In addition to those factors, we believe in the importance of pay equity and consider the internal equity of our current team members when determining any final offer. Please keep in mind that the range mentioned above is the full base salary range for the role. Hiring at the maximum of the range would not be typical to allow for future and continued salary growth.
