Technical Writer

A company is looking for a Technical Writer who operates with the mindset of a Product Owner.

Key Responsibilities

Act as the "Product Owner" for all documentation related to assigned hardware and software

Proactively attend sprint reviews and stakeholder meetings to identify documentation gaps

Design and develop high-quality technical content within a CCMS, managing API and hardware documentation

Required Qualifications

Proven technical writing experience in a fast-paced software or hardware environment

Intermediate to advanced experience with structured authoring tools such as Paligo

Experience producing content for product adoption platforms like WalkMe or Pendo

Comfortable working with API documentation and exposure to hardware documentation tools

Ability to thrive in less structured environments and set personal goals independently
