At Trout Haven Resorts we have positions that may be perfect for someone who loves to work and enjoys offering creative solutions to complete a project.

Trout Haven Resorts has multiple properties in Estes Park and the successful applicant may be asked to perform duties at these locations on occasion.

Flexibility and the ability to work in a fast pace environment are essential.

Must have a reliable vehicle

Some of the duties you may be required to do are listed below

Checking in and checking out guests

Making reservations

Answering inquires about the Park and surrounding area

Creating a weekly schedule for employees

Coordinating social events and activities

Closing shift reports including cash sheet reconcilliation

Customer service

Service recovery

QUALIFICATIONS

Candidates must pass a background check and drug screening. Must be able to work eight hours a day and lift 30 pounds. This job will require weekend work and, possibly evening work.

1. Set an example for other staff to follow regarding attitude, politeness and responsiveness to guests and staff.

2. Must be mature, stable and responsible.

3. Exhibit commitment to detail and thoroughness.

4. Ability to work with a limited amount of supervision and be self-motivated.

5. Ability to work well under pressure.

6. Maintain a pleasant personality and helpful attitude in all situations with both guests and other staff members.

7. Ability to get along well with others and be a team player.

8. Ability to be well organized and flexible and be able to perform various office duties.

9. Ability to have good typing, data input, and telephone skills, including salesmanship.

10. Ability to travel to and work at each facility as required.

11. Help in any other areas as necessary to assure a smooth flowing and efficient business operation.

Candidates must have experience with Microsoft Office ( Word, Excel )
