We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Administrative Coordinator to support our team’s administrative functions. The ideal candidate will manage day-to-day office operations, coordinate schedules, handle communication, and assist with various administrative tasks to ensure smooth business operations.
Key Responsibilities :
Manage and maintain executive calendars, appointments, and meetings.
Coordinate and organize meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and distributing materials.
Handle incoming emails, and correspondence, ensuring prompt and professional communication.
Maintain and update filing systems, databases, and records.
Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other documentation.
Support on-boarding and orientation processes for new staff members.
Order office supplies and manage inventory to ensure supplies are stocked.
Liaise with vendors, service providers, and other external contacts.
Perform general administrative duties such as data entry, photocopying, scanning, and mailing.
Support special projects and events as needed.
