For those looking to make a difference and find a professional home, Wipfli offers a career-defining opportunity./ppThis role can be worked remotely from anywhere in the US./ph3Responsibilities/h3pstrongResponsibilities:/strong/pulliReview financial reporting packages and work papers for quality, completeness, and timely delivery./liliPrepare and analyze benchmarking data and key performance indicators to support client insights./liliPresent completed reporting packages and findings to clients as directed./liliAssist in preparing budgets, forecasts, and cash flow models in alignment with client engagement terms./liliProvide technical accounting support to clients and their teams on complex issues./liliIdentify operational inefficiencies through client discovery sessions and recommend actionable improvements./liliLead and coach staff and senior accountants, providing guidance on accounting and financial reporting matters./li/ulh3Knowledge, Skills and Abilities/h3pstrongQualifications:/strong/pulliBachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business./lili46 years of experience in public or private accounting./lili3+ years managing associates and/or teams./liliProfessional certification (e.g., CPA, CMA) preferred./liliProficiency in financial reporting and analysis./liliStrong planning, prioritization, and organizational skills./liliStrong project management and relationship-building skills, with a client-first mindset./liliExcellent written, verbal, and presentation skills./liliProficiency in accounting software, specifically, Intaact, QuickBooks Online, Netsuite, Bill.com, Microsoft Office Suite and a demonstrated ability to embrace new technologies./liliDemonstrated ability to influence others, promote constructive change, and develop team members./liliAbility to travel up to 10%./li/ulh3Additional Details/h3pWipfli is an equal opportunity/affirmative action employer.
