Security Engineer

A company is looking for a Security Engineer to join their Security Engineering organization, focusing on advancing cyber defense capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

Lead detection and response initiatives, ensuring effective handling of security events

Manage the relationship with the MDR provider and oversee vulnerability management programs

Conduct threat hunting activities and manage the full lifecycle of security incidents

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or equivalent experience

3-7 years of experience in security engineering or cyber defense roles

Experience managing MDR providers and a strong focus on detection engineering

Proficiency with automation and scripting (Python, Bash, Terraform, Pulumi)

U.S. citizenship required; must be based in the United States
